Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully and thoroughly. Your use of the Site and any Massage Therapy Services arranged through the Site shall be governed by these terms and conditions. By using the Site and/or booking any Therapist Services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions you must not make a booking through MyMassage London for any massage treatment.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time without prior notice. You may review the latest version of these Terms at www.mymassagelondon.com/terms-and-conditions. If we modify these Terms we will post any changes on the Site. By continuing to use this Site or our Site Services after we have posted modifications to these Terms, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
Eligibility
All our Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Site or Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site or Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Bookings for individuals under 18 must be made by a person who is 18 or over and this person must be present in the premises while massage treatments are given.
Who We Are
We are MyMassage London a company founded in 1995 by owner Andy Orr. We are based in Mill Hill, London and offer Professional Massage Services delivered by qualified self employed Massage Therapists. Our Services are delivered in our shop, your home, hotel or offices.

Treatments
You should make your Therapist aware of any pre-existing medical condition (whether physical or mental) prior to commencement of any session. You will be asked by your Therapist to complete a consultation for on each occasion you receive Therapist Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide in response to the consultation form is complete, accurate and up to date. If you have any doubt at all about whether a particular Therapist Service is appropriate for you, you should raise this with your Therapist and consult with a qualified medical practitioner before you proceed.
Client Conduct
We request that you treat all Therapists with courtesy and respect and that you provide them with a safe, clean and appropriate location to perform the Therapist Services. Therapists shall be entitled to refuse to perform Therapist Services in the event that you have not provided a safe, clean and appropriate location for them or you behave towards them in a manner which is discourteous, disrespectful, abusive or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to withhold access to the Site Services at our absolute discretion in the event that you behave towards any Therapist in a manner which is discourteous, disrespectful or abusive or which we otherwise deem to be inappropriate.
MyMassage Plus+
Payments must be made up-front prior to your six sessions, you have a year to use all of your sessions from purchase date. Once purchase is made we do not offer any refunds.
Sales & Promotion
We do not offer any refunds on sale or promotional products or services.
PAR-Q
If it is your first time getting a massage with MyMassage London prior to your massage you must fill out our Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. It is an easy to use form that is used to see if you should check with your doctor before having any type of therapy.
